Phanes, ca 620-600 BC. EL Trite - 1/3 Stater (4.67g). ΦΑΝΕΟΣ (retrograde), spotted stag grazing right / Two square incuse punch marks, each textured with pattern of short raised lines. Nearly complete legend. Nose of stag off flan, otherwise good very fine.
