Ancient Greek and Roman coins from Asia Minor

Coin ID #10021

Klazomenai (BC 386-301) Hemidrachm

ca 386-301 BC. AR Hemidrachm (2.06g, 6h). Hikesios, magistrate. Head of Apollo facing slightly left, wearing laurel wreath / K-Λ-A, swan standing left, wings spread; ΙΚΕΣΙΟ−Σ above. Good VF, toned, minor die wear. Herman Coll.

SNG München notes a possible letter, symbol, or monogram to the left on the reverse, but on our specimen it appears more likely to be a die break.
