Tranquillina, Augusta, 241-244 AD. AE29 / Tetrassarion (10.35g, 6h). Bacchios Kallikleos, panegyriarchos. ΦOY•CA• TPANKYΛIN/AN, draped bust right, wearing stephane / ΠA•BAKXIOY AΠAMЄΩN, Roma-Athena standing facing, head to left, holding patera in her right hand and spear with her left. Extremely rare. Somewhat porous, VF.

A panegyriarchos was the head of a festival assembly. It is a rare title on coins and only occurs as such at Apameia.
