Caracalla. AD 198-217. AE38/ Medallion (37.88g). Laureate and cuirassed bust right with Aegis holding spear over shoulder / Hermes standing left with money bag and kerykeion; flanked by goat; before, Rhyndakos reclining under tree. Very rare. Brown patina. Almost very fine.
