[AYT K M OΠЄΛ] CЄV MAKPЄINOC C - ЄB, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, in right field, small statue of Apollo Lyceius / CЄYH [MAK] - PЄI - NINANHC / TAPCOY (in ex.), Tyche standing right, presenting crown to Macrinus standing left, holding short sword; in fields, A M K. Reddish-brown patina. Good very fine.
