4th century BC. AR Obol (?) (0.8g, 9mm). Head of Apollo (or Nymph) right, hair in sakkos? / ΛΑΡΙΣ-AION, eagle with spread wings, club below right wing. Rare. Chipped, VF.
Although Lanz identified the coin as from Larisa in Aiolis, it does not seem to fit the typical types of that mint and seems better placed (though conjecturally) in the Ionian Larissa.
