Tranquillina, Augusta, 241-244 AD. AE22 / Tetrassarion (5.34g, 7h). Draped bust left, wearing stephane / Hermes advancing right, holding caduceus in both hands; Î” (mark of value) between legs. Fine, dusty green patina. Very rare.
