Ionia Uncertain (BC 600-550) Figural - EL 1/6

ca 600Â-550 BC. EL Hekte (2.20g). Athena or Artemis standing facing, head left, holding with both hands a long thin object across waist / Irregular incuse punch. Of the highest rarity, apparently only the second specimen known. Extremely fine. Ex Leu 76 (1999), 165.
