Kyzikos (BC 390-340) Hemidrachm

ca 390-340 BC. AR Hemidrachm (1.48g, 12mm). Wreathed head of Kore Soteira left, hair in sakkos / Head of lion left; tunny fish below (off flan), KYZI around. A very rare denomination, one other example is documented as having been sold at auction (CNG E177 lot 93) in 2007, and a third example in poor condition was sold on eBay in 2015.
