Although CNG identified this coin ca 4th cent. BC "unknown city/satrap," based on the similarity of the style, weight and fabric to coin #276 here, this seems to come from the same series. It is still not clear if 'BL' refers to Baal, or something else, as it appears on #276 next to a winged horned lion.
