3rd century AD. AE20 (4.75g, 12h). AVK CΩZΩN, radiate and draped bust of Sozon right / ΘЄMICΩNЄΩN, river-god Kazanes, holding reed, reclining left on overturned amphora; KAZANH/C in exergue. Good VF, glossy dark green patina, surfaces slightly rough. Ex Alighieri Coll.
