Caracalla, 198-217 AD. AE24 (8.08g). [M AV ] ANT[O] - NINVS PIVS AV, draped, cuirassed and laureate bust right / [C]OL AV - G TROA, Marsyas with vine-bag over left shoulder, standing lightly bent right on a small base, right hand raised. Rare, F+/about VF. Hoeft coll.

Marsyas is a well-known symbol of Roman colonies.
