Coins with PM or P at the end of the obv. legend are Philip I. Ref.: Pink, Antioch or Viminacium?, Num. Chron. 1935, p. 109. PM stands for PARTHICVS MAXIMVS, a title which only Philip I has got in the beginning of his reign and dropped soon later. So this coin is surely Philip I (Curtis Clay).
