Messalina, Augusta, 41-48 AD. AE32 (22.71g, 12h). C. Cadius Rufus, proconsul. Struck ca 47-48 AD. Draped bust left, hair in long plait / Façade of basilica: a two story tetrastyle central bay with two story wings flanking; inscribed entablature above. Fine, green and brown patina, rough. Extremely rare.
