ca 500/480-460 BC. AR Tritartemorion (5mm, 0.22g). Facing head of satyr / Incuse square punch. EF, lightly toned, minor porosity.

The attribution of this type to Methymna is based on a similar, later issue with a bird and the legend MAΘ on the reverse (Gorny & Mosch 170, lot 1423).
