Caracalla, 198-217 AD. AE45 - Medallion (50g). A K M AYP-ANTΩNEINOC, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right /CMYPNAIΩN ΠPΩ/ TΩN ACIAC Γ N/ EΩKOPΩN/ TΩN CEB EΠI / AYP XAPI/ ΔH-MOY, three four-column temples with wreaths on facade; in the right temple, a statue of Tiberius standing left, on facade TI; in the middle temple, a statue of Roma seated left on facade PΩ; on the left temple, a statue of Hadrian standing right, on facade AΔ. Extremely rare. A little rough, smoothed, very fine.
