133-48 BC. AE17 (4.20g). Bust of Artemis, with bow and quiver on shoulder, wearing mural crown, right / AÎ AME[Î©N] / KHÎ¦IÎ£O - Î£KAV, nude Marsyas, nebris flowing behind [wearing Phrygean bonnet], standing right tip-toed on Meander pattern, playing double-flute. VF. Hoeft coll.

Apameia was situated near the springs of the river Marsyas and Meander.
