Antinous, favorite of Hadrian, died 130 AD. AE44 - Medallion (38.64g), struck 130-138 AD. ΑΝΤΙΝΟΩΙ ΗΡΩΙ, Bare-headed and draped bust left / Antinous, as Dionysos, riding on panther right, TIANOI below. VF, dark brown patina with some red on the reverse, light smoothing. Rare.
