Hieropolis-Kastabala (AD 150-211) AE 24

pseudo-autonomous, ca 150-211 AD. AE24 (8.71g). IEPOΠOΛI - TΩN, bust of the City-Goddess (Tyche) right, draped and veiled, wearing mural-crown / [TΩN ΠPOΣ TΩ ΠYPAMΩ], bust of Artemis Perasia right, draped and veiled, wearing mural-crown; burning torch before. aVF, dark-green patina. Hoeft coll.

The goddess on the rev. is sometimes called Hekate because of the torch, in error because Hekate never wears a mural crown. This type should not have been struck after Severus, where KAΣTABAΛEΩN is always added.
