Korykos (AD 244-249) AE 30 - Philip I

Philip I, 244-249 AD. AE30 (14.44g, 6h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Thalassa, wearing a headdress of crab claws, standing facing, her head slightly left, extending arm and holding rudder and aphlaston. Good VF, dark green patina, very minor doubling on obverse, minor porosity. Scarcer variety with Thalassa facing. From Group CEM.
