Severus Alexander, 222-235 AD. AE27 (9.80g). Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right; countermarks: bull's head and Nike (three, all identical) / Emperor standing left within tetrastyle temple. Fine, brown patina. From the Ian Roper Collection.
