Bruzos (AD 238-244) AE 25 - Gordian III

Gordian III, 238-244. AE25 (6.18g). Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / BPOV-ZH-NÎ©N, Asklepios in Himation standing facing holding serpent staff in his right, head left, before him Hygieia holding patera in his left feeding snake from his right, in between them a small figure of Telesphoros. Rare. Olive green patina, good very fine.
