Marcus Aurelius, 161-180 AD. AE32 (19.10g). Milon, strategos for the second time. AV KAI M AVP ANTΩNEINOC, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right / EΠI CTPA MIΛΩNOC / TO - B / NAKPACEΩN, Dionysos standing left, holding thyrsus and pouring cantharus; to left, panther standing left, head right. Extremely rare. VF.

This example gives a much clearer reading of the name as well as rendition of the portrait, pointing instead toward Marcus Aurelius.
