Severus Alexander, 222-235 AD. AE26 (16.44g, 12h). Marcus Aurelius Theodosianus, magistrate. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Amazon standing left, holding phiale and scepter, right foot set on a dolphin being attacked by a dog. Near VF, dark brown patina with some earthen highlights, minor roughness. Rare and interesting.
