Gordian III, as Caesar, 238 AD. AE25 - Triassarion (?) (7.47g, 7h). M ANT ΓOPΔIANOC KAIC, bare head right, drapery on left shoulder; on neck, countermark of ς within round incuse (revalued as a hexassarion) / HPAKΛЄΩTAN ΠONTΩ Athena standing front, head to right, holding owl in her left hand and spear with her right. For countermark, Howgego 809. Very rare. VF.
