Macrinus, 217-218 AD. AE31 - 'Sestertius' (17.38g, 7h). IMP C M OPELIOS SEVER MACRINVS A, laureate and draped bust right, seen from behind / C G I H PARI, Macrinus on horseback right, holding spear. Of the highest rarity, apparently the second known example. VF.
