Mytilene (BC 412-378) EL Hekte - B64/65

ca 412-378 BC. EL Hekte (2.6g, 11mm). Laureate head of Apollo facing 3/4 slightly right / Head of an Amazon in Thracian leather helmet with cheek guards to right, hair in sakkos. Carr coll.

The reverse appears to be that of Bodenstedt 65 ß. Thus this example could be a hybrid B64/65. On the other hand, this could be an example of a die break which links the reverses of B64 and B65.
