Tranquillina, wife of Gordian III. Augusta, 241-244 AD. AE37 (14.85g). Diademed and draped bust right, resting on a crescent / Dionysos standing left, holding kantharos from which wine pours to panther below, and thyrsos. Fine, brown patina. From the Rudolf Berk Collection.
