Dardanos (BC 450-420) Hemiobol

ca 5th century BC. AR Hemiobol (0.27g, 6mm). Head of cock facing left / Diagonally criss-crossed pattern. Extremely rare. Apparently unpublished.

The corresponding obol with a cross-hatch reverse design features a cock standing left, rather than just the head as on this coin.
