ca 490-470 BC. AR Hemidrachm (2.49g, 5h). Iris running right, head turned back to left, both hands outstretched / Griffin standing right, left foreleg raised; all within dotted border in incuse square. A magnificent piece, beautifully toned and perfectly centered. EF. Ex Monnaies et Medailles XXVIII (6/1964), lot 179.
