The bee would seem to point to an attribution to Ephesos, but there is really nothing like it in that series. Silver fractions with turtles have been attributed to various locations from Lesbos to Lycia, and provide no help in identifying this unrecorded type.

Uncertain (BC 500-450) Apollo - Tetartemorion130 views5th century BC. AR Tetartemorion(?) (6mm, 0.17g, 12h). Head of Apollo (?) right / Incuse archaic style head right. Apparently unpublished. Near VF, toned, porous.
The head on the reverse is similar to the archaic heads found on the early silver fractions of Kolophon (see Kim & Kroll), but the fact of it being incuse, and the obverse type, which is not likely at Kolophon, makes an assignment to that mint unlikely. Silver fractions of this type, obverse figure in relief, reverse in incuse, are typically found in early issues from the Troad (esp. Dardanos), but the types on this issue are not identified with any of those mints in particular.

Uncertain (BC 500-450) bull - Drachm213 views5th century BC. AR Third Stater or Drachm (14mm, 4.33g, 8h). Bull(?) standing left / Stag standing left, head right; palm frond to left; all within incuse square. Near VF, find patina, heavily smoothed. Extremely rare, apparently one of two known. Ex Numismatik Naumann 53 (5/2017), lot 305 (thereafter cleaned).
