Antoninus Pius, 138-161 AD. AE23.5 (9.17g, 6h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Cult figure of Artemis Pergaia flanked by griffins or lions on low pillars; all within distyle temple with eagle in pediment. VF, green patina.

See SNG France 406 and SNG Copenhagen 319 for similar larger and smaller denominations, respectively. The animals flanking the cult stone are usually winged griffins, but no wings are visible on the current coin.
