Tarsos (AD 238-244) AE 35 - Gordian III

Gordian III, 238-244 AD. AE35 (24.38g, 12h). Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, holding spear and shield decorated with aegis / Sandan standing on horned animal right, bow and quiver over shoulder, holding flower and wreath; all within arched distyle temple; A M/K and B/ G in fields. VF, olive patina with dusty blue-green overtones, small areas of encrustation.
