Macrinus, 217-218 AD. AE31 (19.22g, 6h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right; small statue of Apollo Lykeios before / Tyche standing right, presenting wreath to Macrinus standing left, holding spear; altar between. VF, grayish-brown patina under earthen deposits.
