Ephesos (AD 238-244) AE 37 - Gordian III

Gordian III, 238-244 AD. AE37 - Medallion (20.44g, 7h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from front / Winged Elpis advancing right, lifting hem of skirt and holding flower. Unpublished in the standard references. Near EF, dark olive patina with areas of red. Possibly unique.
