Ialysos (BC 510-480) Stater

ca 510-480 BC. Stater (13.77g, 11h). Forepart of winged boar left / ΙΑΛΥΣΙΟΝ, head of eagle right, floral palmette above, within dotted incuse square. Very rare, of 22 known examples from 5 types, 14 are in museums. Some corrosion, otherwise, VF. From the collection of H.S. von Aulock.
