Persian Kings (BC 375-340) Daric

Artaxerxes II to Artaxerxes III, ca 375-340 BC. AV Daric (15mm, 8.33 g). Persian king or hero, wearing kidaris and kandys, quiver over shoulder, in kneeling-running stance right, holding dagger in right hand, bow in left / Incuse punch. Near EF, a few faint scratches in field on obverse, some earthen encrustation on reverse. Very rare. Sunrise Coll.
