Dardanos (BC 490-440) Tetrobol?

Late 6th-early 5th century BC. AR Tetrobol (14mm, 2.83g, 5h). Head of bull right / Incuse gorgoneion. Unpublished in the standard references, but for similar issues, cf. SNG MÃ¼nchen 173 (Dardanos); Klein 304 (Dardanos); CNG 90, lot 575 (Dardanos); CNG 85, lot 409 (Mytilene); Gorny & Mosch 186, lot 1336 (Klazomenai). VF, lightly toned, granular surfaces. Extremely rare.
