Alexandreia (AD 177-192) AE 22 - Commodus

Commodus, 177-192 AD. AE22 - 'As' (5.25g, 7h). IMP CAI (sic!) M AVR COMMODVS, laureate head right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder / GEN•COL•AVG•TROAD, Genius standing front, head to left, holding cult statue of Apollo Smintheus in his right hand and cornucopiae in his left. An apparently unpublished variety. Somewhat smoothed, gVF.
