Tarsos (BC 333-328) Stater - Balakros

Time of Balakros, ruler of Kilikia for Alexander the Great, 333-328 BC. AR Stater (10.98g, 23mm). BLTRZ, Baal of Tarsos seated left, holding scepter; ear of corn in field left, Î£ below seat / Lion attacking a kneeling bull, double wall with eight towers below, club above. Deep cut, obverse test in center, otherwise good very fine.
