This is a coin of Caracalla and Plautilla - the names are clearly legible, ANTWNINOC running clockwise, PLAVTILLA anticlockwise - from Knidos. Reference: Max Bernhart, Aphrodite auf griechischen Münzen, 223 (two reverses illustrated on Plate VI). Bernhart lists coins in Berlin, The Hague, Gotha and Paris, I have one in my own collection (without the countermark), and this is therefore the sixth specimen that I know of. The countermark is Howgego 83, and the obverse of a similar coin is illustrated on Plate 4.
