Lykia Uncertain (BC 470-420) Tetrobol?

5th century BC. AR Hemidrachm (2.76g, 12h). River-god in the form of a man-headed bull galloping left, lion's scalp above / Female head (Aphrodite?) right, wearing taenia, earring and necklace, within incuse square. VF. Very rare, 2nd known example.

A similar female head is found on a stater assigned in SNG Cop. Suppl. 1335 to an unknown Lycian mint.
