Uncertain (BC 500-450) cow - Hemistater?

5th century BC. AR Hemistater (16mm, 5.60g, 1h). Cow standing left, head right; below, calf kneeling right, suckling / Incuse of male head with African features left. VF, toned, porous. Extremely rare, the third known.
